For Infrastructure Support, the fees specified under "Service Level" apply in total across all cloud servers with this service level. The minimum monthly fee is EUR 50,00.

SysOp Managed Operations incurs a monthly fee of EUR 490.00 plus service level fees from the sum of all cloud servers with this service level.

In addition to system administration and monitoring, we take over the complete automation of your cloud environment. This is done, for example, with the help of Chef or Windows PowerShell Desired State Configuration (DSC).

DevOps Managed Automation incurs a monthly fee of EUR 2390.00 plus service level fees from the sum of all cloud servers with this service level.
